It was dropped during the Challengers Stage match between mousesports and G2 Esports, and autographed by Özgür Eker who was the most valuable player in that round.
The Bizon SMG is low-damage, but offers a uniquely designed high-capacity drum magazine that reloads quickly. Parts of the weapon have been replaced with brass.
